1.Return Window Mainland China:
Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving the product.
United States / European Union / United Kingdom:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product, in accordance with local consumer protection regulations.
2.Eligible Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unopened and unused
The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, inserts, and tags
The item must be in a condition that does not affect resale
A valid order number and proof of purchase must be provided
3.Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases: Opened or used eyelash products
Customized or personalized items
Promotional or clearance items (unless the item is defective)
Orders that exceed the return window
4.Return Process

Securely package the item and ship it back
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
5.Return Shipping Costs
Non-quality-related returns:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Quality issues or incorrect items: Return shipping costs will be covered by us
6.Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time is approximately 3–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
If the returned item shows signs of packaging damage, a handling fee of up to RMB 10 may be deducted
7.Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item, please submit a return request first and place a new order after the refund has been completed.
This helps ensure faster delivery of the replacement item.
8.Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos as proof.
We will offer a free return or replacement in such cases.
